After beauty, my passion for self-care led me to fitness. I started instructing a megaformer Pilates-style workout for a national boutique brand. My love for being the motivation behind changing bodies led me to a certification in classical mat Pilates under Carrie Sampler for Equinox. I believe that fitness is a luxury and should be another part of your elaborate self-care routine.
